Your role will include:Perform. interior design duties related to programming, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.Determine and satisfy building code and sustainability requirements.Select and specify interior finishes, furniture, lighting, artwork, and interior signage.Produce presentation graphics in the form of drawings, sketches, 3D models, and renderings to appropriately convey design vision to clients and end users.Generate interior construction documents including finish plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.Coordinate with the design and construction team, consultants, vendors, and owners.Participate in field verification, site inspections, shop drawing review, and other related construction administration activities.Collaborate with other interior design staff.What you'll need to thrive:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited school with 5-8 years of interior design experience.Federal project experience is highly preferred.NCIDQ Certification is required and sustainability credentials such as LEED AP or WELL AP preferred.Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, Rhino, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent presentation and communication skills.What we offer:

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
