The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Marketing Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or related platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of developing mission-critical web and server applications in an agile environment, along with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for the cloud.

This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

Utilize Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI (Artificial Intelligence), Attribution AI).

Develop and maintain applications integrating with AEP, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Design, implement, and support loading data into and out of AEP from various sources, including Lumen’s Data Lake, Salesforce, and marketing orchestration systems.

Build and maintain XDM schemas for batch and streaming datasets, configure connectors, and develop segments and queries as per defined use cases.

Implement profile identity stitching and apply data governance and security policies, especially in regulated industries.

Integrate AEP and its application solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to drive use cases effectively.

Evaluate new product features, conduct POCs (Proof of Concept), and assess their suitability to drive business use cases.

Set and manage platform related contracts and goals for Lumen, e.g., adoption, automation, cost savings; Manage platform functionality roadmap.

Be Lumen’s primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the platform. Manage all documentation and training.

Collaborate with other Lumen owners of customer data-related tools to stay on top of any changes, integrations, or automations that impact CDP (Customer Data Platform).

Manage the processes in place to get work done, e.g., Workfront, Jira, and be responsible for reviewing/improving those processes to maximize efficiency.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST APIs, and SQL.

Experience with cloud-based technical solutions and Big Data platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with a DMP or CDP, audience targeting, and content personalization

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform and its modules.

Knowledge of Adobe marketing product stack and integration: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites), Adobe Commerce (MAGENTO), Target, Analytics, Audience Manager.

Adobe Experience Platform certification.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$80510 - $107340 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$84740 - $112980 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$88980 - $118630 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$93210 - $124280 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
