We are looking for a Senior PM who is passionate about innovating on behalf of Sellers to drive new strategic initiatives that optimizes Amazon seller’s cost of doing business on Amazon. This is an opportunity to drive strategic products and programs, requiring strong level of judgment with a high level of executive visibility.

As a Senior PM, you will own US 3P initiatives that directly impact seller’s experience on Amazon, collaborating cross-functionally with worldwide partners to deliver transformative solutions. This role involves significant use of data and seller feedback to measure impact of strategy, and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders. In this fast-paced environment, you will wear multiple hats - from driving the overall vision to execution. You will synthesize transformation ideas and present for leadership review through effective use of Amazon mechanisms (PR/FAQs, narratives, customer working backwards documents). Successful candidates will possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient in process optimization, and have a penchant for conceptualizing & implementing mechanisms. You are customer obsessed, can thrive in ambiguity, and demonstrate empathy. Communication, writing, attention to detail, follow through, and ability to coordinate across teams will be second nature to be effective in this role. Key job responsibilities

Key PM Job Responsibilities:

• Identify business and customer challenges, develop compelling narratives to support the initiative, and align with stakeholder teams.

• Proactively identify, track, and execute opportunities to improve operational performance and achieve key goals and targets.

• Create project plans, identify resources, and organize cross-functional teams to implement future state processes & tools.

• Collaborate with functional teams to develop business and/or technology solutions, conduct proof-of-concept, and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.

• Be integral to the change management process to ensure adoption of new processes and tools, using performance metrics.

• Publish project trackers and flash reports to keep stakeholders informed about project status.

• Support annual operational planning, create a business plan with strategic initiatives and priorities supported by data and customer anecdotes.

• Support the creation, tracking, and execution of goals and operational metrics required to achieve the strategic objectives of the business.

Our vision is to achieve that by reducing the inefficiencies in the supply chain, innovating on behalf of the Sellers to provide a better seller experience, and by creating scaling tools to create Seller awareness on these opportunities. Finally, we want to be able to close the feedback loop from Seller to Product owners, to make continuous improvement to the seller experience(SX).

Basic Qualifications

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Bachelor's degree

6+ years of experience in marketing, product or program management and experience with Supply Chain and Logistics products

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Master's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
