Brand Marketing Associate Manager

This Brand Marketing Associate Manager will be working with the Dermal Filler brands. Responsibilities will include supporting brand marketing strategy and execution of tactical programs; driving development and progress of brand marketing tactics; campaign materials; and tracking of sales programs.

The focus will be to execute a best-in-class marketing strategy for the Radiesse and Belotero brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of Marketing Materials

Initiate and manage development of marketing campaign materials from start to finish with relevant cross-functional stakeholders, inclusive of websites, print pieces, and digital materials.

Creative thinking for development of new materials based on strategic need.

Lead and manage development and approval process of copy and design.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Lead and manage all communication with agency partners and relevant cross-functional stakeholders, such as creative agency, medical affairs, and legal.

Manage development and launch timeline/deadlines, actively communicate with relevant stakeholders on progress and completion.

Lead discussions with commercial analytics team to create necessary Tableau dashboards and assist with brand sales tracking to goal.

Campaign Execution

Launch finished materials for sales and other stakeholder usage, inclusive of uploading to various online portals, field communications, and sharing documents with other internal teams for consistent use.

Tracking and reporting of material usage and management of inventory.

Strategic project management support

Support Associate Director of Brand Marketing with all strategic initiatives, inclusive of development, project plan management, and launch activities.

Active communication with AD of Brand Marketing, inclusive of problem/solution management, project development updates, and regular 1:1s.

Collaborate with DTC, Digital, Loyalty, HCP Education, and Internal training teams to ensure proactive learning and sharing of materials and needs.

Manage cross-functional communications to ensure brand marketing consistency, inclusive of medical affairs and sales.

Social Media Management

Work with agency partner to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for two distinct brands/channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for both social media channels, using insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Inventory Management for Campaign Execution

Manage budget and tracking of current projects and spend throughout the fiscal year.

Manage all marketing material and merchandise review, approval, and inventory.

Initiate and manage tracking and reporting of sales initiatives for marketing leaders.

valuate weekly inventory report from print vendor and touch base on a weekly basis to ensure the marketing storefront is up to date with replenishments and new items.

Manage Administrative Duties for the Radiesse & Belotero Brand Team

Support Brand Marketing team as needed, inclusive of scheduling meetings, agenda management, note taking, and communication with stakeholders.

Submit all SOWs and POs for Radiesse and Belotero and manage incoming invoices from vendors.

Manage Porzio TPE HCP Contracting process for Radiesse and Belotero KOL speaker initiatives.

Field Communications

Craft and deliver field communications as needed, collaborating with sales/marketing communication team.

Manage and resolve inquiries forwarded from Injectables Marketing inbox related to Radiesse and Belotero.

Submit POs for Radiesse and Belotero and manage incoming invoices from vendors.

Field Engagement & Travel

Travel to include participation at select customer events and a quarterly field ride-along for the purpose of gathering customer engagement and field insights.

Attend various industry events as representation of the filler team.

Global Interaction

Close engagement with Global Marketing and R&D counterparts to ensure S&OP and R&D processes, as well as assist in best practice sharing across regions.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor´s Degree.

Professional Experience

Minimum 4-5-years brand development / brand management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A solution centric mindset with a self-starter mentality, confidence to problem solve autonomously.

Strong project management and/or marketing skills with experience of managing multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.

Strong organization/communication/prioritization skills.

Familiarity with Tableau.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and data analysis via Tableau.

Preferred

Existing knowledge or interest in Medical Aesthetics.

Executive presence and professional demeanor - Proven ability to project confidence, credibility, and poise in all interactions.

Previous experience/knowledge of Veeva, Ariba, Icertis, Porzio Engage.
