The Social Impact Marketing Manager serves as the campaign lead and account manager on a select portfolio of impact clients. This individual develops marketing strategies, maintains client relationships, ensures deliverables are met on time, and maintains oversight for the entire project life cycle.You will shape the strategic direction of select accounts with an understanding of the tactics necessary to achieve campaign goals. The Marketing Manager will work alongside a cross-functional team in order to deliver on client expectations and shape unique cultural narratives. This role will work closely with our clients, partners, and communities in Los Angeles County focused on making services and programs more accessible and engaging.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of marketing campaigns, workstreams, and deliverablesSupport in the development of social impact strategies and tactical approachesCreate and manage project timelines and workflows against program deadlinesWork across stakeholders on messaging to test and inform creativeReview all deliverables for accuracy and quality standardsEnsure full client reporting and project recaps are delivered in a timely mannerAbout YouInvested in TaskForce’s vision and mission for positive change though arts and culturePassionate about making change locally and nationally through a community-focused lensAbility to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and to execute tasks accordinglyEvent/Art Production experience a plus4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a marketing/account management roleSuperior time management skills and the ability to multi-task and seamlessly move from project to projectHigh-level of organization and attention to detailSolid client facing experience with the ability to tailor communication to both internal and external teams, ideally with nonprofit for government partnersExperience with Google SuitesBased in Los Angeles County, CaliforniaRequirements4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a marketing/account management roleSuperior time management skills and the ability to multi-task and seamlessly move from project to projectHigh-level of organization and attention to detailSolid client facing experience with the ability to tailor communication to both internal and external teams, ideally with nonprofit for government partnersExperience with Google SuitesThis role is primarily remote however the candidate must be located in Los Angeles County, California with the ability to attend events as neededBenefitsCompetitive Salary 85,000 - 95,000Full insurance coverage and dental/vision benefits401K plan with employer match
