We help HR foster their role in contributing to the business strategy and the strategic deployment of talent.We cultivate innovation and purpose in our pursuit to be integrated in our clients’ larger organizational change programs.Key ResponsibilitiesOur approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. You’ll lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients.Skills and Attributes for successOperational responsibility and accountability for engagements, generating ideas to expand current service offerings, and identifying new business opportunities.Deep understanding of using organizational design as an integral component of transformational initiatives.Understanding of the breadth of our offerings across the firm.Align PAS offerings with sector needs, with a deep understanding of at least one of the sectors we serve.Lead the delivery of transformation projects, demonstrating technical competence in our capabilities.Develop, shape and deliver programs of work from planning through to implementation.Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives.Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members.Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers.Advance the PAS practice by representing the business in relevant forums.To qualify for the role, you must have:Relevant professional service experience with a global management consultancy firm.Minimum 10 years of experience with exposure to multiple relevant competencies.A primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification.Ability to travel regularly.If you’re looking for a role that’ll challenge you, give you opportunities to grow and encourage you to own your career, this role is for you.What we look forWe’re interested in professionals who enjoy promoting the people agenda in organizations and change initiatives.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,400 to $329,800.
