The Vice President, Demand Generation Marketing is a highly collaborative, business-savvy professional who has solid experience in creating and leading demand and growth marketing strategy and overseeing its execution globally. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate an increasing flow of qualified pipeline and fuel both short term and long term growth. You will be accountable for global demand generation and ABM strategies, and for orchestrating the execution of digital, account-based, field marketing programs and events to achieve the pipeline goals. Pipeline creation will be your ultimate measure of success.
This role reports directly to the SVP, Marketing and collaborates with product and solutions marketing, brand and corporate communications functions to help drive the next stage of our ambitious growth and transformation.
The VP of Demand Gen Marketing will:
Build the engine and strategy to grow demand for our products to fuel leadership in specific Segmentation category. Employ modern full funnel approach to pipe creation for both the Enterprise and Commercial segments.
Partner with sales and product marketing to map and deliver programs across customer journeys that land the right message to the target audience at the right time.
Interlock with regional field sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
Act on buyer intent signals, identify when accounts first initiate buying cycles and run plays to convert signals to opportunities.
Evaluate the performance and ROI of omni-channel campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
Manage the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales operations, ADRs, etc. including definitions and entry/exit criteria for different sales stages.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length. Select targets, determining the tactical mix, design test and measure offers and calls to action, and setting individual program goals and measurement criteria.
Capture demand to generate pipeline using digital advertising, paid search, content, organic and paid social.
Deliver customer cross-sell programs to increase pipeline generation and expand the use of Segmentation platform within the installed base.
Ensure that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns.
Manage and adhere to budget.
In order to be successful in this role, you will bring:
12+ yrs of advanced experience leading demand generation/revenue marketing function in a B2B SaaS company. Cyber-security experience is a plus.
Experience building and leading high-performance marketing teams in high growth companies.
Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders, including sales and finance.
Expertise in methods and practices in generating demand and accelerating pipeline.
A track record of designing and using tech-advanced and data driven systems to consistently scale up growth of category leaders.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills: an inspiring leader that can effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and can manage a high impact team.
Strong understanding of major elements of a MarTech stack.
A good partner to other marketing functions, sales, customer success, finance etc.

Pay Range: $250,000 USD - $300,000 USD. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
