This 6+ months position entails leading strategic sourcing, vendor management, and continuous improvement within marketing, media, and communication agencies, as well as strategy & insights and market research categories.

Compensation:

$30.00 - $38.00 / HRLocation:

Broomfield or White Plains (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)

Responsibilities as the Senior Manager include:Proactively developing and implementing sourcing strategies in collaboration with key Marketing stakeholdersAssessing current and future business needs, conducting market and benchmarking studiesProviding recommendations to executive-level management and delivering presentations on strategic buying opportunitiesIdentifying sources of supply for marketing services, challenging spend owners on vendor selection, and driving vendor consolidation where appropriateDeveloping and managing Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFIs)Negotiating and drafting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Statements of Work (SOW) in coordination with LegalBuilding strong connections with vendors and fostering collaborative quality, cost, and service innovationsManaging vendors’ qualification and performance, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Tracking financial performance of each spend subcategory and defining budgetary impactsIdentifying continuous process improvements and maintaining awareness of the latest buying techniques and toolsQualifications for the Senior Manager include:Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance; Master’s degree a plusMinimum of 7 years’ procurement/sourcing experience, including marketing-related sourcingCPG experience preferredStrategic sourcing expertise in identifying opportunities, performing/reviewing spend analysis, and developing sourcing strategyProject management, development of RFX documents, contract negotiation, and management skillsSupplier benchmarking and contract compliance experienceProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and develop key stakeholder relationshipsExperience in team management and coachingApplication Notice:
