Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven content strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct in-depth audience research to understand user needs, preferences, and content consumption habits.

Analyze content performance metrics (SEO, engagement, conversions) and recommend strategic optimizations.

Identify emerging content marketing trends and technologies and integrate them into the strategy.

Oversee content governance, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, product) to ensure content aligns with broader initiatives.

Stay at the forefront of the content marketing landscape by attending conferences, workshops, and staying current on best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience in content strategy with a proven track record of success.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a content team.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to content performance.

In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

Experience managing content budgets and resources effectively.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
