JO-2407-2438Primary FunctionOur Fortune 100 tech client is seeking an enthusiastic Gaming and Consumer Social Media Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice and champion of their communities, engaging with fans across all social platforms. You will create buzzworthy content, execute social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to grow their brand presence.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage execution on HQ Global Gaming and Consumer channels, based on Global Social Strategy, including X, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.Collaborate with internal and external teams to create, edit, produce, and post daily content across all platforms/channels supporting Gaming and Consumer activations.Manage an integrated editorial calendar, publish content that strengthens the company's positioning, aligns content across campaigns, and supports amplifications across ISVs, news/ announcements, web, and cultural intersects.Provide social support for key segment priorities, programs, launches, and campaigns.Represent company segment identity and tone of voice with posts, replies, and content created.Own and maintain a best practice hub for creative, content (owned and curated), and engagement standards for each platform.Engage daily with the tech client’s gaming communities and partners across social handles.Manage real-time community engagement and moderation for any live activations across platforms.Support regional activations where additional expertise is required.Other duties as assigned.Skills & QualificationsPassion for PCs, gaming, hardware, and esports.Understanding of competitor hardware and current landscape within the gaming and consumer businesses.A global operations mindset with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.Highly organized with impeccable project management skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working in large global teams with multiple stakeholders and project leads.Strong grasp of X, Instagram, Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok features and functionality.Familiarity with new trends and best practices in digital content and social media.Understanding of social media metrics and analytics, A/B testing, and how to translate results into editorial optimization.Ability to articulate complex ideas simply.Strategic and creative thinker, able to present new ideas to drive community efforts forward.Experience with social media tools and developing reports for internal stakeholders (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Ad Suite, Sprinklr, Smartsheet).Education & ExperienceA bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.1+ years’ experience in social media for a global enterprise organization OR 2-3+ years’ experience in social media as a Community Manager or Social Media Specialist.To Apply
