Overview Emerald is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Audience and Attendee Marketing to join our dynamic team. Reporting to Emerald’s SVP of Marketing, this role is crucial for growing our media audiences and increasing event attendance through strategic marketing initiatives. This role will work across Emerald’s events and media groups and the successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment.

Audience Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow Emerald's media audiences and event attendees.Data Management: Manage website data capture best practices to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.Attribution Tracking: Track and optimize attribution processes to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Reporting: Regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership, providing actionable insights, ROI, and recommendations for optimization.Campaign Management: Oversee paid audience and attendee campaigns, with a strong focus on social media channels.HubSpot Workflows: Manage HubSpot journey workflows to streamline marketing automation, improve audience engagement, and mitigate churn.Qualifications

HubSpot Certification: Must possess a HubSpot certification or equivalent experience.Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in audience and attendee acquisition, preferably with a publisher or events company.Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, AI content generation familiarity, and proficiency in using marketing automation tools.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Target Compensation: $130,000-150,000 (Bonus Eligible)Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position.
