You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple products to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines. Your ability to handle stress, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to rapid changes will be crucial to your success in this role.This full-time position requires working hybrid in our Mountain View, CA office.What You'll DoDevelop and execute creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, including digital and print media.

Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and templates for websites, social media ads, Google ads, brochures, Google slides, email marketing, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and messaging goals.

Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing.

Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

What You HaveBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Basic animation and motion graphics skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Ability to thrive in a chaotic and fast-paced environment, handling stress and rapid turnarounds with ease.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.

Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.

Experience in landing page design and familiarity with Figma is a plus.
