Job Responsibilities:Architecting and designing responsive, scalable, reusable, and testable front-end solutionsThe majority of time will be spent in hands-on developmentParticipating in peer code reviews, pair programming, and other peer-to-peer learning opportunities as part of the Agile sprint teamDistributing expertise and skills amongst teammatesMigrating, refactoring, and maintaining front end frameworksResolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patchesProblem Solving/AnalysisTechnical ExpertiseTime Management/Goal OrientedEager to GrowJob Qualifications:5+ years experience in building complex performant frontend applications from scratchKnowledge of best practices in frontend architecture, including performance, accessibility and usability4+ years of experience with React.js or Vue and a deep understanding of core principles3+ years of experience in RESTful Web Services developmentPractical knowledge of design patterns and API designDemonstrate competency with SQL databasesExperience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsA knack for benchmarking and optimization to ensure UI response is excellentExperience working in an AGILE environment
