Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Duties:Represent clients in creditor's rights cases, including attending court appearances, hearings, and trials.Utilize the firm’s case management and reporting software to efficiently manage and track assigned matters.Travel as necessary for court appearances, client meetings, and other case-related activities.Apply knowledge of consumer credit collections, Florida state laws, and the FDCPA to develop effective legal strategies.Maintain superior client care by providing proactive communication and regular updates on case progress.Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.Negotiate settlements and agreements with debtors and opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Florida in good standing.Must have experience in creditor’s rights, consumer credit collections, or related litigation.In-depth knowledge of Florida state laws pertaining to consumer collections and familiarity with the FDCPA.Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Preferred multi-state licensure to handle cases across different jurisdictions.
