We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team of collaborative marketing members who are individually brilliant, love working with each other, and embrace a growth mindset. In this role you will be responsible for marketing Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management. Your primary objectives are to increase awareness, help drive sales, deployment and usage of the solution, while always keeping an eye on our competition. This role requires proven storytelling expertise, strategic thinking, business acumen, and a passion for our customers.

Responsibilities

To reach our goals in this market, you are focused on the customer and business outcomes and have experience in building partnerships with engineering teams to influence the product roadmap. You can look end to end across the business from marketing campaigns to readiness to product strategy to partner to field to competitor to help improve product, deliver offers, land scale through partners and field, and deliver great digital marketing.

Responsibilities Include

Influencing engineering on product roadmap to ensure competitiveness and meeting customer needsCollaborating with business planning on business model decisions and then bringing those to marketNarrative integration into the broader data security campaign strategyInfluencing field and partner marketing for readinessOwning and delivering the value proposition of the product in messaging and in contentOwning the web-site presence for Microsoft Purview Insider Risk ManagementDeeply understanding competitors and building strategies to address themListening to field input from sellers to influence your marketing motionsIdentifying opportunities to grow the overall insider risk management business

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Minimum of four years of product marketing / product management and/or technology evangelism experience. Storytelling. Demonstrated ability to create narratives targeted to different segments, delivering clear outcomes and a call to action.Passion to proactively and quickly learn new and emerging technologies and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architectures to technical audiences.Creative problem solver. Positive, motivational, and inspiring. Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
