Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.The Vice-President of Marketing (“VP of Marketing” here) will develop and oversee the marketing strategies of CAS Automotive and its business units to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and meet organizational goals.Goals & Objectives:Enhance brand visibility.Increase the product value creation.Develop strategic partnerships as key driver of growth.Grow lead generation; optimize quality and cost.Enhance the customer experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:Lead efforts to establish and maintain a strong brand identity.Develop and drive constant improvement in the marketing strategies (branding, lead generation, channels, content, partnerships, among others).Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.Enhance and expand product offerings.Manage the creative design and the calendar of content.Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.Develop and manage the marketing budget.Track and improve the marketing KPI’s.

Required Language(s) and Skills/Abilities:Strategic vision and planning experience.Experience in managing multiple assets.Experience in creating marketing and branding strategies.Experience having successfully developed and managed strategic partnerships.Proven leadership and team management skills.Proficient in Project Management.Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.Solid understanding of financial principles and practices relevant to marketing operations, including budget management.

Education and Experience:A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level marketing role, preferably within the automotive or e-commerce industries.Experience in a startup-like environment is preferred.
