About the RoleWe are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to oversee internal communications for our operations and supporting teams. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content that fosters our organizational culture, supports brand recognition internally, and informs and motivates our employees.Main ResponsibilitiesCurate compelling internal communications such as newsletters, PowerPoints, bulletin boards, and intranet pagesDevelop strategic communications plans to effectively communicate organizational news and changesImplement communication strategies to bolster employee confidence, brand awareness, and customer satisfactionLead the planning and execution of integrated communications for corporate activities and company eventsSupport internal campaigns, new announcements, launches, events, and promotionsProvide communication consulting services to internal customersRespond to communication-related issues in a timely and effective mannerQualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field5 - 8 years' experience in professional writing and proofingDemonstrated ability to drive and execute communications strategyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesValue diversity and embrace an inclusive work culture
