Job Description

DUTIES:

Create Market Requirements Documents (MRD) that are used by engineering to develop future products and roadmap.

Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) input through direct communication with customers, account managers, and application engineers to identify how customers use DualBeams and TEMs to obtain relevant data and how that workflow can be improved through physical and software connectivity.

Define go to market launch plans with a view towards how to position new products for specific semiconductor market segments.

Interface with organizations responsible for defining standards in the semiconductor industry.

Develop presentations and collateral that convey a clear value proposition.

Forecast revenue projections over a 1-5 year horizon.

Attend conferences and trade shows, product launches, and webinars.

TRAVEL: Up to 35% domestic and international travel required. Telecommuting Employee: Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related experience. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related experience as an equivalent alternative.

Required knowledge or experience with:

FIB/SEM DualBeams and TEMs;

Development of business cases, establishing new business models and executing complex projects;

Customer interfacing;

Semiconductor process flow;

Product and Business Management;

Competitive Analysis; and

New Product Introduction.
