Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job description: Support to the sales and marketing team as well as provide general miscellaneous office support. Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of tools needed by the sales and marketing staff.
Assists with the management and development of marketing material ie email campaigns, social media content, website updates, blogs, case studies, company newsletter Implements New Marketing Strategies planning, testing and implementation of strategies
Manage all branding, promotional items, merchandise, print brochures, corporate presentations, advertising, photography, and touch point information.
Assists with preparing reports, data, and information for monthly sales and management meetings
Updates customer records in company database as required
Manages corporate functions, including holiday party, and charitable events (invitations, venue, accommodations)
Provides customer service and administrative support
Regularly follows up with customers for upcoming job opportunities
Supports sales team with research on prospective and existing customers
Qualifications: Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skillsMS Office experienceStrong work ethic and high energy - Self MotivatedExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work on projects independently, from conception to completionSalesforce/CRM experience
