-WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Obtain 4-5 Demos on average per week- Meet or exceed the Model for Demos, HpD and Set Rate- Coach and enforce adherence to the methodology by demonstration and appraisal- Drive to and from targeted neighborhoods safely and efficiently in absence of Proximity Marketing Manager- Ensure all ordinances are met and maintain relationships with all local authorities- Respect all current and potential customer property- Intervening immediately when a Marketer encounters a complaint, verbal challenge, or unreasonable behavior from anyone during the Canvass- Adhering to all protocols when an incident occurs- Ensure that every Marketer meets the appearance guidelines- Complete and sign a Vehicle Log daily including the daily safety check, time out/time in from the office, the neighborhoods visited and any stops. Ensure your vehicle is always clean and professional. Clean inside the vehicle nightly- Map out every teammate's daily canvass along with alternative territories- Always maintain professional appearance in accordance with company handbook
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred- Valid Driver's license required and additional insurance requirements- At least 1-2 years of sales experience- Sales driven mentality- Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills- Exceptional communication skills- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a team-Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely- Must be able to organize & prioritize- Ability to adapt well and accept/ give feedback in a changing environment- Ability to work independently- Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management
