Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a health manufacturer to hire an entry level LMS Content Coordinator.This is a 6 month contract with a possibility of extension or conversion. The pay is $22-$25/hr.Key Responsibilities:LMS Administration:Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user accounts, course creation, and system updates.Ensure the LMS is functioning properly and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.Course Management:Assist in the development, uploading, and organization of course content within the LMS.Monitor course enrollment, progress, and completion rates.Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate and engaging.User Support:Provide technical support and training for LMS users, including staff, students, and instructors.Address user queries and resolve issues related to access, functionality, and content.Reporting and Analytics:Generate and analyze reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics.Use data insights to recommend improvements and enhancements to the LMS and its content.System Integration:Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate the LMS with other systems and platforms.Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Compliance and Best Practices:Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to LMS management and e-learning.Ensure that the LMS and its content comply with relevant regulations and standards.Project Management:Assist in planning and implementing LMS-related projects, including system upgrades and new feature rollouts.Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.Documentation and Training:Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation related to the LMS.Conduct training sessions and workshops for LMS users as needed.Qualifications:Experience working with content management processes is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to follow SOPs precisely and maintain consistency across content.Familiarity with content editing and online learning platforms.Ability to work within resources and time constraints.Ability to think of the big picture and sorting through ambiguity.Proven planning and time management skills.Ability to build productive relationships in a global environment.High level of transparency and accountability.Strong teamwork, flexibility in adjusting to change and ability to multi-task.Strong follow-up, monitoring activities and keeping track of project timelines.Basic understanding of instructional design and e-learning best practices.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Creative Suite would be a plusBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
