Senior Graphic Designer

Rails, a global contemporary apparel and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create on-brand, visually appealing, and effective marketing assets. This candidate should be skilled at graphic design for fashion and/or lifestyle, with a solid knowledge of typography, layout and design. This candidate should exhibit a strong understanding of print and digital as well as an interest in understanding performance data in order to optimize design. This role works with all members of the creative department, as well as cross-functional teams, and should have excellent collaborative and communication skills. This role reports to the Art Director.Responsibilities:Create concepts and designs for all media including: catalog, brand and style guides, print and digital advertising, email marketing, web & online marketing collateral, packaging, and in-store marketing elements for retail and wholesale storesSpearhead design and visual communication innovationsWork closely with several creative team members across the organization to ensure consistent brand messagingPrioritize and manage multiple projects within specified guidelines and budget restrictionsDeliver high quality projects with an elevated aesthetic, and consistently meet submission deadlinesAdditional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:4+ years of print, digital, infographic, graphic design experienceDemonstrates design foundation including layout, color, visual and typographic hierarchyMust have a proven ability and skill in creating digital assets for social media, web, Ecommerce, etc.Portfolio that demonstrates the range and quality of your projects, must have experience in marketing and brand identityStrong attention to detailUX / UI knowledgeAbility to self-manage and work on multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneouslyExpertise in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Proficiency in PowerPoint is required as wellCandidates should include a hyperlinked portfolio on their resume submission.
