***This position is Hybrid, HQ located in Cypress, CA. Relocation or remote only candidates will be NOT be considered.The Senior SEM Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing Happy Brands' paid search and PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, and Amazon. This individual's efforts will drive efficient sales growth and enhance the company's online presence. The specialist will work closely with the e-Com and Marketing teams to attract relevant traffic, maximize ROI, and acquire new customers.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the VP of Digital to develop and implement long-term SEM strategies aligned with overall business goals.Campaign Management:

Hands-on management of PPC campaigns to ensure effective performance and achievement of ROI targets.Data Analysis:

Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance.Budget Management:

Efficiently manage campaign budgets and monitor spending.Optimization:

Optimize ad copy and landing pages for paid search campaigns to improve performance.Keyword Discovery:

Continuously expand and refine paid keyword strategies.Competitor Analysis:

Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with other departments such as brand, content, design, and sales to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Performance Troubleshooting:

Identify and troubleshoot any issues impacting SEM performance and implement corrective actions promptly.Quality Assurance:

Ensure accuracy and quality of SEM campaigns, including checking for proper tracking, correct ad placements, and compliance with industry standards.Reporting:

Track, report, and analyze PPC initiatives and campaigns to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on quantitative testing.3-5 years of SEM experience with a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and Amazon.E-commerce in Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a must.Hands-on in-house campaign management experience is preferred, though agency experience is also acceptable.SkillsProficient in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.Experience with SAAS tools such as Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor, Amazon Ads, Google Merchant Center, Kenshoo, Marin, or Adalysis required.Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.Experienced in using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush).Skilled in generating SEM reports and dashboards.Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.Basic knowledge of HTML and event tracking practices.MENTAL DEMANDSDuties require planning, organizing, and performing a variety of duties applying a wide range of procedures and rules.
