You will help implement, maintain, and train others on the best practices, standards, and operations of the configuration management and CAD toolsets for various USG and internal programs.Key Responsibilities:CAD & PDM MonitoringEngineering Document ControlAssemblerDraftsmanDrawing & Engineering Document CheckerFacilities & Tool Crib MonitoringQualifications:Minimum:5+ years of experience using Solidworks or NX3+ years of experience with Solidworks PDM1+ years of experience in reading, interpreting, and generating electrical schematics and technical specificationsExperience working with AS9100 and/or similar Quality Management System (QMS) standardMust be able to obtain a Secret and/or a TS/SCI clearancePreferred:Experience with rapid prototyping techniques, such as additive manufacturing or WEDMCertification or degree in mechanical engineering or designApplied GD&T experienceExperience working with suppliers and/or customers to resolve design conflicts or manufacturability issuesFamiliarity with gated approach to product & process development and Aerospace industry and/or FAA material and qualification requirements (such as AIAA-S-111/112, NASA-STD-6016, and/or equivalent ECSS standards, RTCA DO160, etc.)Familiarity with developing and/or identifying and implementing targeted process automation or other continuous improvement initiatives for both production and production support environmentsBenefits:Generous Equity Compensation tailored to the risk-reward of candidates in conjunction with salary range401kMedical, Dental, VisionVacation, Sick, Holidays
