Job description:Archer & Greiner, P.C. is seeking a dedicated Social Media and Design Coordinator to oversee and evolve the firm's presence and brand on its social networks. The Social Media and Design Coordinator will report to the Director of Communications and closely collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure a cohesive, effective online presence. The Social Media and Design Coordinator will work full time in the firm's Voorhees, NJ office. This individual will be responsible for implementing firm social media strategy and provide day-to-day oversight of Archer's presence and activity on relevant social platforms. They will also play a central role in efforts to drive social media adoption and engagement among individual lawyers across the firm.This is a highly visible role working in a fast-paced professional services environment and requires a self-starting individual with a strong technical background, a talent for writing creative copy, designing and modifying graphics, and social media management skills to create engaging, brand-focused content that will drive social media campaigns surrounding firm initiatives, culture and successes.Responsibilities:Manage the firm's day-to-day social media presence, posting to firm social media accounts across key platforms - which currently includes LinkedIn, Facebook and XWrite copy for daily social media postsManagement, creation and execution of dynamic content for daily social media posts, including purchased and custom created graphics/design images, infographics, video assets, audio clips and other creative deploymentsAttend firm events as needed to document and/or observe for content creationServe as the go-to resource on social media best practicesDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar that aligns with the firm's goals and brand strategyIdentify and recommend enhancements to firm's current social media presence, including targeted expansion to other channelsMonitor and leverage social media trends, tools and best practices for the firm's benefit, including industry developments such as compliance requirements and ethical behavior on social media channelsCreate and deliver training materials for attorneys on best practices to use social media to leverage thought leadership and branding opportunitiesTrack and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvementEngage with the online community as needed, responding to comments and messages in a manner consistent with the firm's voice and policiesOther duties or special projects may be assigned

Qualifications/Skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field3+ years of proven work experience in a social media and design role, professional services background a plusHighly skilled with major social media platforms and social media management tools, with the ability to master new tools quicklyHigh proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTMLIn-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google AnalyticsExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plusAbility to grasp future trends in the digital content and social media space and act proactivelyStrong copywriting and copy-editing skillsExcellent oral and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsTop-notch time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet competing deadlines and shifting prioritiesConfident and self-motivated with ability to interact with firm members at all levelsAble to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretionAble to work overtime as neededInterested candidates should send resumes via email to recruit@.
