The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join Neato's Creative Department. In this role, you will create innovative and engaging designs that effectively communicate the messages of our eCommerce brands across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing assets and ensuring brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sr. Designer to ensure project completion is in line with creative direction.Elevated eye for design, layout, typography.Translate concepts into visually impactful designs while adhering to corporate style guidelines.Design for diverse audiences, brands, and industries, demonstrating versatility.Communicate effectively, ask questions, and maintain an open and curious mindset.Effectively manage workload when handling multiple deliverables and maintain timely communication with the team.Requirements:
Relevant bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience1-3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or advertisingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryAbility to think visually and envision a project from concept to delivery.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.Our office is located in Las Vegas and this is an on-site/in-office job opportunity.
