Summary of Role:

This opportunity requires both strategic and operational leadership to maximize the value of our in-line, pipeline, and acquired Prostate Cancer products.

The

Director, HCP Marketing,

will report directly to the Marketing lead and will contribute to the shaping and execution of the brand strategy, lead members of the marketing team, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to support the success of PYLARIFY. This leader will be focused on peer-to-peer strategy: lead key initiatives with cross-functional input to identify market needs and competitive opportunities, develop and execute peer-to-peer tailored promotional programs for appropriate audiences, lead congress activities and initiatives for HCPs.

In addition to possessing strong strategic and analytical skills, this role will provide strong leadership skills through times of change and drive performance within a fast-moving, challenging, and dynamic commercial environment. The leader will need to understand the competitive landscape, align with the broader prostate cancer franchise strategies, and customize approaches for specific HCPs including but not limited to Nuclear Medicine, Urology, Radiation Oncology and Uro/Medical Oncology. This position requires strong in-line leadership as well as the ability to influence and engage across the organization (e.g., Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Contracting, etc.). The leader will ensure the success of PYLARIFY by leading new and innovative marketing approaches that create value for healthcare professionals and the company, as well as lead the planning and execution of differentiated experiences for PYLARIFY.

S/he will be an ambassador for instilling our company’s cultural values, as well as be influential in recruiting, retaining and developing talent to deliver better patient outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of strategic and annual business plan for the brand to exceed targeted business objectives, driving best-in-class marketing practices within HCP channels.Serve as a Peer to Peer (P2P) lead managing Speakers Bureau and KOL relationships, and driving the development and execution of day-to-day P2P programs to ensure best-in-class engagement across multiple channels (e.g. national/regional/local speaking engagements, ad boards, webinars, logistics, etc.)In partnership with Market Research, conduct market analyses to create, implement and update strategic plans and performance objectives as appropriate; anticipate market trends; and ensure execution of plans to achieve maximum revenue, growth, and profitability.Identify effective messages to communicate brand’s core value story, optimizing delivery to customers and targets through traditional and innovative channels.Partner with cross-functional team members on the omnichannel marketing strategy to own understanding of the brand strategy and tactical priorities, internal and external customer needs, and the competitive landscape.Work closely with cross-functional partners and marketing leadership to create and maintain measurement plans and end-to-end KPIs.Partner with Field Sales and Salesforce Effectiveness to ensure brand strategy and tactics are executed and pulled through via regional and national sales meetings; contribute to training content to support brand growth.Develop HCP assets/tactics and manage/oversee accompanying promotional budget.Capabilities / Competencies:

Required:

BS Degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred10+ years in positions of escalating scope and responsibility within healthcare organizations or the equivalent; 5+ years leading marketing team membersSolid commercial experience with a solid record of achievement in either therapeutics or diagnosticsProven ability to think strategically, as well as execute and implementStrong analytical capabilities to take complex ideas, identify needs and quickly translate them into actionComprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and or medical device industry and hospital systems (e.g., GPOs, Medical Directors, P&T Committees, referral patterns, etc.), as well as state, local, industry, company and customer compliance regulations and policyStrong familiarity with FDA regulations and ability to manage projects through the PRC processWide range of pharmaceutical/diagnostic/medical device commercial experience/knowledge inclusive of marketing and/or sales, commercial operations and trainingStrong communicator with exceptional presentation skills required (oral and written)Tactful and diplomatic professional with unquestionable integrity and personal valuesPreferred:

Experience in Oncology, specifically prostate cancerRadiopharmaceutical experience is ideal, but not essentialClinical, scientific, and/or technical discipline knowledge (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine and/or urology-related disease states, treatment paradigms, and future trends)Other Requirements:
