The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day execution of client programs, working in partnership with the Client Services teams and our COE (Center of Excellence) to execute social-first marketing strategies built to deliver on client goals. Account Managers are stewards of the VN process and proactively manage the campaign execution. The Account Manager is responsible for successful project delivery and oversees Account Coordinator(s) and Account Executive(s) from project initiation to successful campaign execution and delivery.
Passionate about culturally relevant and creative influencer & social strategies and knowledgeable about both social and paid engagement across tiers of influencers, this role is expected to drive client programming from start to finish. This includes detailed tactical timelines and plans, management of influencers, execution of marketing services and taking an analytical approach to measuring success in partnership with our BI & Measurement team. The Account Manager will also focus on developing their strategic planning skills in assisting the Client Services team.
What You'll Do Here:
Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate a good understanding of influencer and social media marketing and keeps up to date with current trendsDevelop a clear understanding of clients goals and objectives and can translate that into actionable tasks and manage the outcomeDemonstrate tactical proficiency in influencer management, content direction, content scheduling, ongoing tracking and reporting on resultsExecute and oversee strategies including - influencer marketing, content/social strategy, community management etc.Develop content overview documents for influencers outlining program details and content expectations with oversight from the senior leadership teamExhibit effective project management working closely with team to prepare status reports for clientEffectively work within account budget parameters and assist with budget managementParticipate in presentation process including research, audits and proposal developmentManage team development and growth to meet the demands and expectations of clientsOversee your teams influencer marketing campaigns through VN's proprietary platformYou'll Need To Have:
At least 3 years of experience in advertising services, influencer marketing, social media etc.Experience in developing and executing successful client programsDirect experience with social media tools and platformsProven experience in the hospitality sectorExperience in creating social media content and driving measurement efforts for social, digital or influencer program including calculating benchmarks, engagement rates, synthesizing dataExperience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
