Job Description: The Manager, Partner Marketing is responsible for driving the development of strategic and innovative multi-platform marketing initiatives that support Domestic Distribution objectives, network goals, and the key priorities of distribution partners in the cable, satellite, and telco communities. This role acts as the marketing lead for an assigned portfolio of linear networks operating with a B2B2C mindset, ensuring alignment with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer strategies.

**Key Responsibilities: **

Identify and evaluate key marketplace trends and seek opportunities to create unique partnerships and marketing offerings that drive value for both Warner Bros. Discovery and distribution partners to maintain a competitive leadership position in the linear marketplace.

Collaborate with the VP, Partner Marketing, and their team to support all major linear network programming initiatives by developing creative marketing strategies and campaigns that drive distribution goals, enhance Warner Bros. Discovery brands with distribution partners/viewers, and deliver tune-in to help drive ratings.

Act as the key point of contact for an assigned portfolio of linear networks, liaising cross functionally with brand marketing, network programming, creative, finance, brand social, press, talent teams and account management teams.

Lead and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns and affiliate-facing promotional materials that meet the business needs of Domestic Distribution and our affiliates.

Have a thorough knowledge of each distribution partner's marketing priorities and challenges to understand how best to leverage Warner Bros. Discovery assets and devise marketing plans to serve affiliates in support of major linear network programming initiatives.

Manage affiliate communications, including newsletters, marketing toolkits, and Real Rewards promotions for an assigned portfolio of linear networks and participate in the development of customized sales tools and client presentations to drive partner engagement efforts and brand affinity.

Provide strategic thinking and insight to help bolster Warner Bros. Discovery's position in renewal negotiations. Devise marketing plans and tactics such as pre-renewal campaigns that highlight the portfolio's brand strength and value through various marketing channels, for value-building and dispute phases.

Build proactive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors/agencies to optimize and ensure partnership and clear lines of communication for the prioritization, development, execution, measurement, and merchandising of linear partner marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the local and national marketing strategies for affiliate products and services, including but not limited to basic cable, digital cable, streaming products, video-on-demand, online, TV Everywhere, Spanish-language, broadband, telephony, etc.

Direct execution of special projects as assigned by senior management, based on current distribution goals.

Continually merchandise all key marketing activities to senior management both internally and externally and maintain internal tracking documents and systems.

**Qualifications and experience: **

Excellent attention to detail is vital

Experience working in B2B2C and/or affiliate marketing and TV broadcast environment ideal

Planning and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and multitask

Team player that can work effectively on their own initiative when required and can manage working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders

Proactive approach to work, able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines

Experience in MS office

Experience managing paid media campaigns
