A cutting-edge, tax/accounting software focused FinTech firm is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Marketing Project Manager

to join its Global Marketing Team for a Six (6) Month Temporary Assignment with the Possibility to Extend or Go Permanent. In this role, you will oversee key Marketing Projects, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 Product Launches, GTM Frameworks, Integrated Campaign Programs, and Related Program and Change Management Activities.

A portion of time spent will serve as the firm's Learning and Development (L&D) Manager and will be responsible for Developing, Facilitating, and Supervising Training Programs for the Global Marketing Team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the operations team, in managing and getting updating training materials added to the learning management system, coordinating onboarding programs, and assisting with change management initiatives.

This is a contract position, ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing project management and a passion for supporting both strategic and operational initiatives within a global organization.

This is a Fully Remote Role Based Anywhere in the USA working Mon-Fri; 8-hrs Daily; 8/8:30am-4:30-5pm

(Eastern Time Zone) . Computer/equipment will be provided.

TOP SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS ON RESUME

Five to Seven (5-7) years Managing Projects.Smartsheet or Similar Project Management Tools.Background in Managing Marketing Project or similar experience to be able to manage the campaign projects and product launches.Some level of coordination to manage the training.

REQUITEMENTS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business administration, Project Management, or a Related Field

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the operations team to manage the process of updating job aids, video training content, and other training materials in the learning management system.Allocate and manage resources, including trainers, content developers, training materials, and training facilities, to ensure smooth execution of training programs.Oversee the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring all materials are current and effectively communicated.Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning requirements within the organization.Build dedicated learning paths for the global marketing team as requested by the different functions in marketing.Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including training materials, progress reports, and evaluation results.Lead and manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 new product launches, ensuring alignment with the GTM framework in Smartsheet.Coordinate integrated campaign programs, including meeting coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects stay on schedule and within scope.Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.Resolves resourcing constraints or conflicts.Escalates visibility to issues; offers solutions and drives issues to resolution.Support regular reporting and status updates to leadership for all ongoing projects.Conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and integrate insights into future planning.
