We are seeking an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing omnichannel shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance brand presence in US and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving shopper marketing tactics with major US grocery retailers such as Kroger, Albertsons, Walmart, and Target.

This role will sit 100% Remote in any US State.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with overall brand and business objectives.Lead the execution of shopper marketing programs, including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring activities are executed on-time and within budget.Monitor and analyze the performance of shopper marketing programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, optimizing strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights and feedback.Build and maintain performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.Regularly report on program performance to internal and external teams, covering key metrics, insights, trends, and next steps.Develop, execute, manage, and optimize digital shopper marketing campaigns, such as Sponsored Search, Sponsored Display Ads, and more.Oversee the development and maintenance of retailer websites’ product page content, working closely with internal and external teams to optimize product listings, improve ROI, and enhance consumer engagement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key grocery retailers within North America, including Kroger, Albertsons, Walmart (US and Canada), Target, Loblaws, Sobeys, and more.Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver marketing materials that support in-store and digital campaigns.Manage the shopper marketing budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.Conduct market research and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Develop and lead various projects aimed at driving incremental ecommerce and in-store sales opportunities, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies are achieved.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in US shopper marketing within the CPG industry. Experience with the Canadian market is a bonus.Strong understanding of the US retail landscape and demonstrated experience working with major grocery retailers such as Kroger, Walmart, and Target. Experience with Canadian retailers is a bonus, such as Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro, and/or Save on Foods.Proven track record in developing and executing successful in-store and digital shopper marketing programs, including but not limited to setting up, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns, and coordinating and deploying in-store signage.Excellent ability to create and interpret reports, provide insights, and drive decisions based on data.Experience in managing and optimizing product page scorecards to enhance consumer engagement and sales performance.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, including but not limited to combining Shopper Marketing, Ecommerce, and Trade Management KPIs to build and optimize future campaigns.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects, with the ability to deliver results within scope, time, and budget.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
