Coordinator (Social Creative)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Coordinator to assist our VP, Creative Director in managing day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the AV department, motion graphics group, and game capture division. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative SupportManage the VP, Creative Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointmentsPrepare and organize documentation, presentations, and reports as requiredHandle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the VP, Creative DirectorProject Coordination

Assist in tracking the progress of various projects within the AV department, motion graphics group, and game capture divisionCoordinate with team leads to ensure project timelines are met and resources are effectively utilizedFacilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows and resolve issuesReview and Feedback

Organize and schedule editorial review sessions for the VP, Creative DirectorGather and compile feedback from review sessions and ensure it is communicated effectively to the relevant teamsFollow up on action items and ensure feedback is implementedLiaison Duties

Act as a point of contact between the VP, Creative Director and other departments within the companyEnsure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changes to schedules or deliverablesFacilitate meetings and communication with external partners and vendors as requiredProblem Solving

Identify and address any issues that may arise within the creative departmentsPropose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in daily operationsSupport the VP, Creative Director in decision-making by providing necessary information and analysisQualifications

2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a creative or media environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with AV, motion graphics, and game capture processes is a plusPersonal Attributes

Proactive and self-motivatedAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

This role reports to the VP, Creative Director (Social)

Role is temp to perm Pay Range from $27 to $32 per hour depending on experience.
