ABOUT THE ROLE:

Rightway and our marketing team are in high growth mode. This is an opportunity to become one of the foundational team members who will help shape and define Rightway's member engagement strategy.

We are looking for a marketer passionate about member engagement, content creation, and creative member campaigns. The Member Marketing Manager will play a critical role in advancing our member engagement strategy, driving member activations, and improving the member experience for one of our fastest-growing products. The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Member Marketing (Pharmacy Benefits) and partner closely with our account management team to develop and execute engagement initiatives for our PBM clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Write copy and develop content, including writing emails, drafting member materials, and deploying campaigns to drive activations and engagement for our members.Partner with the account management and operations team to define and create engaging and informational content for members.Use your strategic marketing experience to identify new opportunities for campaigns and collateral that will enhance member engagement.Work with our design team on assets like flyers, emails, and mailers to support client engagement requests.Develop bespoke engagement campaigns that resonate with distinct member populations and drive activations.Track and document the success of Rightway's main KPIs and member campaigns.Build monthly and quarterly insights and present them to senior leadership.WHO YOU ARE:

4+ years of consumer marketing experience.Bachelor's degree required.An autonomous and resilient creator who likes to roll up your sleeves and bring marketing campaigns to life.Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating member marketing collateral and internal stakeholder communications.A creative problem solver energized by finding new ways to reach members.An analytical thinker with a natural curiosity to dive into marketing data, understand our members, and develop the best ways to engage them.Execute with an attention to detail that is second to none.Hold yourself accountable for accuracy and deadlines.Excellent at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Act as a strong cross-functional partner with clients and internal stakeholders.Passionate about healthcare and excited to be a part of a small but skilled team setting out to change healthcare for the better.EXTRA CREDIT:

PBM knowledge or pharmacy experience.Have worked in a B2B2C setting before.Start-up experience.Experience with email engagement platforms and creating creative engaging emails. (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io huge bonus)

BASE SALARY RANGE: $100-$125K
