Responsibilities:

Contributes to the Marketing Communications job family in a support capacity.Coordinates activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion and publicity in support of the marketing of company products.Maintains schedules, tracks expenditures and budgets, maintains stock of literature, mails catalogs, updates and adds records to computer databases.May assist in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows.Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Marketing Communications.Provide service to clients and brokers in the U250 segmentWorking with internal teams to resolve client service issuesrole is client/broker facing

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines and dynamic priorities is required.Experience using critical thinking and problem solving to navigate complex processes and ambiguity is requiredAttention to detail with the ability to work with data systems and operational processes a must.Experience with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to PPT and OneNote as well as Adobe is required.Strong oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of group employee benefits, including SH products that include accidental injury, critical illness and hospital care insurance preferred.Experience in life and health insurance and/or medical is extremely helpful. Background in working with contracts a bonus.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferredHS/GED with 2+ years of insurance experience OR an Associate's Degree requiredShould you accept an offer for a contract opportunity with our client, the following pre-employment items will be required: 7-year criminal background check, which will include verifying your highest level of education completed and your employment history for the last 7 years, and a urine drug test analysis (does not look for marijuana/THC).
