The Bridge Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Marketing and Development to lead the agency's fundraising efforts. The Director of Marketing and Development is responsible for establishing new relationships with potential donors and cultivating current donor relationships to secure financial resources which will support the organization's programs and services. This position is also responsible for managing The Bridge's website, social media, and printed materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a comprehensive development plan with targeted goals, activities, outcomes, and timelines.Secure in-kind and financial support from individuals, foundations, and businesses to support operations and capital campaigns.Manage and maintain donor database, coordinate timely donor acknowledgement and correspondence, and work closely with the Director of Finance and Operations to track all donations.Plan, coordinate, and execute events for The Bridge Behavioral Health.Identify potential grant funding and coordinate the submission and reporting of all grants.Work closely with staff to understand program services to obtain information for reporting, comply with donor expectations, and be aware of programmatic needs to fill gaps or unmet needs.Assist the Director of Finance and Operations with the development of an annual budget related to fundraising and development.Serve as the Give Nebraska representative and coordinate the giving campaign.With the Office Manager, recruit and coordinate volunteers.Assist the Executive Director with identifying potential Board members and cultivate Board giving.Manage the design, production, and distribution of printed materials and swag that support The Bridge's programs and fundraising goals.Maintain website and all social media.Create and distribute the Employee Bulletin bi-weekly.Investigate program partnerships and strategic alliances that will enhance the organization's awareness in the community and increase avenues of support.Assist the Executive Director with the cultivation of civic organizations, corporate, foundation, and business representatives via presentations, tours, and volunteerism.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in fundraising and developmentREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Strong organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.Proven success in areas of individual and corporate giving and event planning.Familiarity with various social media platforms and webpage management.High energy, outgoing, team player, and a passion for The Bridge's mission.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.Must have the ability to work with and relate to persons of multiple ethnic, racial, cultural and varied economic backgrounds.DESIRABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) accreditation.Experience with grant writing.Experience with Squarespace.BENEFITS INCLUDE:
