Title: Marketing Project/Program ManagerLocation: Seattle, WA 98121 (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $60/hr to $65.22/hr
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program.Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree - Project Management, Marketing, Business or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management or marketing operations expSoftware: MS office suiteExposure to marketing tools - email marketing and push notifications -outbound channelsExperience writing or updating/teaching/following SOPs with stakeholdersExperience with stakeholder managementExperience working cross functional teams/stakeholdersExperience in analytics or data analysis would be nice to have.Day to Day:
Stake holder management, will be doing automations or other tasks to keep them up to date on projects.Help facilitate user testing for new featuresSend out status communications and provide SOP's on how to use toolsKeep SOP's up to dateProcess/mechanism improvement - looks into the processes and sees how they can improve it.Tactical/execution - jumping in to help with new features, automation campaign set up.Must have:
Minimum 5 years exp with project management/marketing operationsBachelors degree in related fieldExp with stakeholder management, and marketing toolsJob Requirement
