The Art Director, Digital concepts and designs weekly emails, homepages, site assets, and organic social posts. Responsible for managing the process and partnering with Project Management and cross-functional teams from creative team brief-in through go live.

:

Collaborate with Creative Director, Senior Art Director, Copy, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to develop visually impactful emails and site experiences that bridge merchandising and marketing strategies with creative concepts.Maintain an awareness of current technology, trends, and site design bringing relevant ideas for newness to our creative execution.Design elevated layouts with a modern and clean aesthetic. Align with the Haven Well Within graphic standards. Prioritize omnichannel brand consistency, always mindful of the Haven Well Within customer experience.Develop weekly and monthly campaigns with approved photography and copy. Partner with copywriter to bring the brand to life through our designs. Refine and prepare layouts for weekly In Progress Review presentations and approval process, working closely with cross functional partners on revisions and edits for reviews.Present work at weekly IDR review meeting. Using data when available, explain our rationale and decision making to build consensus and meet business objectives.Prepare files for handoff to our WebDev and Email Marketing teams.Review proofs for accuracy and to problem-solve technical issues.Communicate project status to Project Manager. Proactively navigate the creative process, schedules, and deadlines.Possesses an affinity for wellness, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle, which are intrinsic to the Haven Well Within brand.Who You Are:

College degree and 5+ years of related experience in graphic design.Fashion, beauty and/or wellness brand experience a plus. Ecommerce retail is preferred.Strong design skills with sophisticated typography and an eye for color. An appreciation for simple, modern, elevated design.Must be articulate and comfortable presenting to cross-functional partners and leadership to build consensus and gain buy-in.Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes.Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, high-growth environment.Expert in Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier).Ability to design in Figma a plus.Working knowledge of Figma, html, and web technologies that impact our design and customer experience.Willingness to learn new software / apps as needed.Comfortable using cloud-based tools: Trello, Miro, Figma.
