We are seeking a dynamic and assertive Paid Advertising and Digital Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving new patient volume through strategic paid advertising and lead generation efforts, optimizing campaign performance, and managing relationships with external agencies, clients, and vendors.

We are seeking a Paid Advertising and Digital Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms.Manage relationships with advertising agencies, ensuring deliverables align with Pinnacle’s goals and deadlines are met.Drive lead generation and conversion efforts, with a strong focus on inbound volume for our call center.Analyze performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI) and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency.Collaborate with national clinics to tailor marketing strategies to their specific needs.Integrate paid advertising efforts with SEO strategies, ensuring comprehensive campaign effectiveness.Utilize your technical expertise to connect source tracking from campaigns to conversions.Perform any additional tasks as needed to support the marketing and lead generation efforts.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid digital advertising with a proven track record of successful campaigns.Strong sales mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and driving conversions.Experience in back-end coding, form fills, and detailed data analysis.Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.Proficiency in Google Analytics; Google Sales and Advertising certifications are a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$70,000-$85,000 annually

The compensation range for this position is between $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
