Job Summary

ZOLL is looking for an experienced Global Marketing Communications Manager to develop, manage, and execute marketing communication programs that drive the ZOLL brand and support sales and marketing initiatives in the emergency medical services (EMS) market segment. The supported product lines include, but are not limited to, monitor/defibrillators, CPR/circulation, and clinical/QA information products.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, top-flight content strategist, writer, and seasoned project manager. The role requires hands-on content execution, creative management, and management of marketing communications team members. Successful candidates will have the heart of a journalist, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources and create concise, compelling content for global delivery though a variety of integrated marketing channels.

While the primary focus of the position is North America, this individual is expected to liaise with key international marketing personnel.

Essential Functions

Plan and execute ZOLL's EMS marketing communication strategy employing a mix of conventional and digital tactics globally aligned with overall business objectives Manage project flow utilizing internal and external resources Development of product, marketing, and education collateral Drive lead generation activities and content marketing strategies to feed sales development efforts Manage global marketing team (currently one direct report) Update and maintain ZOLL's EMS web presence Organize and conduct market research activities, focus groups, and the like Build annual global EMS marketing communication plan & manage related budget Manage and maintain all EMS social media channels Manage third party vendor relations to include: publishers, podcasts, and events Required/Preferred Education and Experience

BS, or the equivalent required Multi-channel project management required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum of 5 years marketing communications in a medtech-related field, agency experience a plus Demonstrated experience with content marketing strategies, digital marketing programs, and lead nurturing Exceptional written and communication skills Video production experience, including scripting and production management People management experience Track record of delivered results in a matrixed organization or with cross-functional teams Travel up to 20% annually Some international travel may be required Physical Demands
