What You'll Do

Do you love making connections and solving problems? We have an exciting opportunity to work as a project manager on the Marketing Operations and Technology team, focused on email marketing. This is a highly collaborative and extremely detail-oriented role!

Here's how you will spend your day:

Evaluate project requests and for completeness and clarity, working to identify and close gaps so the email operations team has what they need to successfully execute in support of business objectives.

Consult and collaborate with internal partners to understand needs and identify solutions to accomplish business objectives.

Establish an environment for great creative work to thrive. Help evolve our processes with an eye toward optimization, collaboration, efficiency, and efficacy.

Assist in planning marketing campaigns with available technology and supporting marketing business processes.

Keep teammates and business partners aligned through the duration of each project with clear, ongoing communication.

Educate business partners and manage their needs and expectations, serving as point of contact for email activity.

Manage interdependencies among projects, shifting and balancing workloads across the team.

Uphold project management collaboration tool standards and best practices.

Share lessons learned from past projects to help inform future work.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field

Proven work experience as a project manager or relevant role.

Must be able to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.

Must have strong interpersonal leadership, and decision-making skills.

Need strong sales and customer service skills as well as the ability to connect and interact with a wide variety of people.

Must stay knowledgeable of the latest marketing trends and maintain proficiency with budget and time management.

Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem solve.

Great listening, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using workflow management software, such as Wrike, JIRA or other system.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another email service provider preferred.

Experience working with a marketing communications team preferred

Agency experience a plus

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$51000 - $98400 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
