What You'll Do:

As an Engagement & Marketing Coordinator, you will create meaningful partnerships that benefit our residents and enhance our reputation within the community. You will promote our services and foster relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and families to ensure that our facilities are seen as valuable resources within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate all center sales related activities.

Develop and implement community and professional events to increase awareness of the center.

Conduct outreach to prospective residents, resident family members and community leaders.

Build referral partner relationships to include local physicians, senior centers and adult day programs, hospitals, clinical referral sources and community leaders.

Conduct individual and group tours, telephone calls, letters, individual and group information sessions on/off site.

Maintain robust sales activity, including consistent follow-up, phone calls and tours.

Meet or exceed budgeted financial indicators and expectations.

Develop and implements census development plans with Director of Admissions and Regional Director of Business Development.

Maintain records of all sales activities in approved CRM software.

Deliver service excellence throughout each perspective customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of an Engagement & Marketing Coordinator include:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education

2+ years progressive experience in Marketing and/or Sales preferably in admissions and marketing skilled nursing facilities or senior living sales

Healthcare background and experience working with seniors preferred

Proficient in physician marketing and selling to ancillary hospital service lines

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong independent contributor AND collaborative team player

Must be able to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events, and work occasional weekends

Self-motivated and creative, possessing a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to relate in a pleasant and professional manner
