The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that reflect the Lifeworks strategic plan and organizational priorities. This position is charged with developing and managing innovative content across various channels that drives growth and brand awareness.

The Senior Marketing Specialist develops, maintains, and produces multimedia, including photos, videos, graphic design, and copywriting, in alignment with the organization's brand, mission, vision, and values. This position leads analysis functions for the Marketing and Communications team, including measuring campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvements.

This position collaborates with Sales and Marketing team members, members of other internal teams, and external vendors and stakeholders who help execute the annual marketing and communications strategies.

The role is hybrid-office based in our Richfield, MN headquarters.

$65,000-$73,000/year

Create and maintain detailed marketing campaign plans for specific product lines based on organization's strategies including budgets, deadlines, deliverables, and responsibilities using existing templates and processes.Develop and execute marketing campaigns for specific product lines and brand awareness on multiple channels including, but not limited to, advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, print, website, blogs, and events.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall operating objectives, with a focus on specific product lines.Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative marketing campaigns, impactful content, and creative thinking.Design imagery, graphics, and collateral for traditional and digital platforms, ensuring a high quality of creative is delivered with a superior attention to detail and in alignment with brand. Own graphic execution from production to printing.Concept, shoot, and produce photography and videos, collaborating with internal team members and external vendors as needed.Maintain repository of up-to-date images and videos that reflect the diversity of clients and service offerings.Pitch, scoop, and write stories, blogs, and articles for blog, newsletter, and other channels.Optimize website content for SEO and complete website changes and updates.Manage social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community management.Assist with copywriting, editing, and proofing content for communications from internal partners related to specific product lines and as assigned.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, media design, or related field with at least five years of experience in design; or 7 years of related professional experience.Fluent in English, verbal and written.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and PremierePro.Knowledgeable about universal design, plain language, and digital accessibility, preferred.Candidate must complete and pass a pre-employment background study and a drug screen; and have access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
