We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analytics individual to join our Enterprise Data and Systems Team. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Data and Systems, this role is responsible for working with the Marketing team to gather, analyze, and leverage data to provide actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes. This role focuses on understanding internal performance marketing & revenue metrics, customer data, product data, as well as market trends in the medical technology industry, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

The right candidate has a mix of technical skills, business knowledge, analytical capabilities to identify and analyze ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

AnalyticsDesign, build and run a marketing analytics practice that measures the performance of a range of marketing and communications activities across paid media, digital content, SEO, PR/media, events, sponsorships, and other channelsCollect, connect and analyze data from various sources, including online and offline marketing channels, web analytics tools and CRMAnalyze competitor activities, market positioning, and strategies to identify opportunities and threats.Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive meaningful insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and ensure product success both domestically and internationally.Analyze multi-touch customer journeys and conversion paths to identify conversion rate optimization opportunities.Proactively perform user/customer behavior, segmentation/cohort, conversion funnel analyses to identify trends and make strategic recommendationsReporting

Build data visualization and advanced reporting/dashboards that track performance against KPIs, identify marketing optimization opportunities and highlight to key leaders and stakeholders marketing contributions to business performanceEstablish and standardize measurement best practices and benchmarks on which to evaluate program performanceDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key insights and metrics to stakeholders.Define and build customer and audience segmentation frameworks, analyze customer journey and conversion funnels, develop and test marketing attribution models, and other fundamental analytics operationsCollaboration

Work with marketing teams to guide A/B tests, incrementality tests, and channels test (online and offline) to identify learnings and what works bestWork with an external agency on cross-channel revenue attribution and marketing mix modeling activities.Work with Marketing, Sales Operations and Systems and Data Teammates to streamline sales funnel tracking and procedures.Work with Product Success to align marketing programs with market intelligence.Present findings in a clear and concise manner to Senior Leadership, Product Success Managers and cross-functional teams.Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or web analytics, preferably in medical technology or healthcare industries. International experience is a plus.Expert proficiency in Web Analytics tools: Specifically GA4Expert knowledge of tracking methodologies and attribution models for both online and offline channels. Google Tag Manager experience is required.Experience in analyzing ecommerce performance metrics, customer journeys, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).High proficiency in identifying and scoping relevant target audiences for B2B and DTC products, proven experience in developing detailed buyer personas.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs.Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it's ok if you don't!):

Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, LinkedIn, Reddit, QuoraStrong familiarity with domestic and international data privacy regulations.Advanced understanding of statistical methods, ability to work with large data sets ensuring data accuracy and consistencyProficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Salesforce, data visualization tools, advanced MS Office / Google Workspace skills.Experience in sourcing and presenting market intelligence data.Experience with Heap is a plusLocation

Compensation

Our estimated salary for this role based in NYC is between $130,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
