As a Games Producer, you will report to the Creative Director and will be responsible for coordinating project deliverables and managing production workflows between our Design and Creative leads, as well as our outside partners. You will collaborate and coordinate with the production and development team to build the highest quality of games - from concept to release. This individual needs to be passionate about planning, organizing, and championing our product vision and design You’ll have a good grasp of the industry and all the disciplines that go into making a game. You draw on this and your organizational and people skills to solve problems and keep the project on track. What You'll Do Partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements communicate them across the studio and partners Anticipate risks & put plans of action in place to overcome them Sync up with the Design Lead and Art Lead on progress and momentum follow up on and open Jira tasks Look for opportunities to improve and evolve our processes, methods, and practices Support the design process to help ensure the features effectively support the product pillars and vision Ensure the creation and oversight of project documentation, testing, and processes Provide input and support to all processes, methods, and tools that optimize team performance Develop and handle relationships with external partners Assist in the management, tracking, and approvals of game assets Provide clear and timely feedback to build reviews on multiple projects running concurrently Project research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources Active involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to develop concept briefs, and suggesting improvements Documentation gathering for reviews, including items like team feedback and gameplay videos Responsible for ad-hoc presentation materials that highlight our games for various internal and external reviews What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience in the gaming industry Casino gaming experience preferred Adobe Photoshop and Unity knowledge preferred Experience working with a licensor a plus Proven understanding of game production and the assets involved Ability to collaborate in a global, diverse, and fast-paced environment, across multiple time zones Proven record of being able to build consensus and drive results Demonstrable experience in team-building and collaborative leadership Passion for gaming Creative and innovative in thinking Conscientious and considerate in approach Why Aristocrat? Travel Expectations Up to 25% Pay Range $97,376-$180,841 Pay Rate Type Salary Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
