JOB DUTIES:•Build and grow a world-class design team including product design, brand design, research, design operations, writing and design systems•Continue to build, influence and increase Findigs culture of collaboration design and innovation•Drive vision for Findigs end-to-end experiences•Define processes and operations to drive smooth execution for the design team•Define processes and operations for recruitment and retention of the design team•Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, executive leadership and other functional leadership to drive the business and create a great internal culture•Lead the redesign of our core digital experiences for renters, property managers and commercial partners•Create a future vision that aligns Findigs employees, investors and customers•Create beautiful, engaging and innovative web and native experiences•Apply user service design methodology to plan, orchestrate and inform great services experience to support revenue driving Findigs processes and customer experience•Set a new bar for the quality of design at Findigs through your design output and through the outcomes your design leadership creates•Learn through experimentation within a large problem space and by applying best practices and by taking smart risks•Unify the customer experience across brand, product and service experience•Solve new, challenging problems in a sector ripe for innovation and create simple, elegant and engaging experiences•Bring design craft to everything you do and continue to hone your craft in an environment that has a bias for action, is hands-on with a low meeting culture •Use design software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects •Hybrid Remote work permitted: 3 days per weekJOB REQUIREMENTS: •8 years of experience in job offered or related occupation (Designer, Senior Designer, Creative Director or related)•8 years of experience must include experience in design leadership (leading a design team), user research (qualitative and quantitative methodologies including card sorting, shadowing, vox pops and focus groups), design (brand, digital, and service) and Design Systems (scalable and cohesive design process)•8 years of required experience must include: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects. •Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related

Minimum Salary: 290,000 Maximum Salary: 340,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
