Digital Marketing SEO Specialist
at Standex Scientific, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our websites, and generating leads through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO and Google ads and a passion for on-line platforms that will optimization and contribute to the growth of our brands. What You'll Do Google Ads Management Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic. Conduct on going keyword research using tools to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
WordPress Website Optimization Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to optimize our WordPress websites for search engines. Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices to enhance website rankings and improve user experience. Perform regular website user testing to identify and improve pain points and optimization opportunities. Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to ensure our websites remain competitive.
Content Creation and Marketing Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, whitepapers and other website content. Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Service, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Production) to create content that aligns with our brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management Assist in managing and optimizing social media profiles to amplify our online presence. Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Data Analysis Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush to measure the effectiveness of efforts. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on performance data. Provide regular reports and presentations to management on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
Competitor Analysis Competitively analyze competitor websites, SEO, content strategies, and more to inform our differentiation.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-2 year experience in an SEO role required. Strong understanding of SEO principles, Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and WordPress. Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Ads platforms like SEMrush, Moz, Optimize, etc. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear reports and presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency with MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
