Our B2B client is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team!
This freelance-to-full-time opportunity begins at 20 hours per week, increasing to 30 hours after two weeks, and 40 hours after another two weeks.
The role starts fully remote and will transition to a hybrid work model in the Dallas region in 2025
In this role, you will be tasked with developing and executing innovative messaging strategies that enhance brand recognition. Responsibilities for the Marketing/Communications Specialist include but are not limited to:- Creating compelling content for web and social media platforms to engage target audiences- Managing and optimizing the companys social media presence- Collaborating with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials - Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, track performance, and assess ROI. - Executing internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization The ideal Marketing/Communications Specialist will have: - Experience creating B2B content across various platforms, including social media - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and social media marketing expertise- Excellent verbal, public speaking, and collaboration skills- Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is preferred
