The Director of Omnichannel Consumer Marketing, US Dermatology, is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive US digital marketing strategies to reach, educate, and activate consumers across the omnichannel ecosystem, including web, social, paid media, and CRM, carried out in collaboration with our dermatology alliance partner. The Director formulates and fosters innovation to provide the optimal patient experience. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a deep understanding of bio/pharmaceutical commercial marketing, digital marketing trends, and online consumer behavior. This role will report to the Senior Director of Dermatology Consumer Marketing.

A Typical Day Might Look Like this:

Plan, develop, and execute branded, unbranded, and multi-cultural digital consumer marketing initiatives across various online channels, including but not limited to web, social media, display, SEM, CRM, email. Includes sponsoring materials through joint medical, regulatory, and legal review committees.

Partner with alliance media to develop efficient and effective media mix strategies.

Partner with franchise colleagues across indication teams to ensure brand consistency across applicable franchise digital materials.

Utilize data analytics, including various measurement models, to measure and optimize digital campaign performance and consumer engagement.

Manage the digital marketing budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Lead and mentor consumer digital marketing professional, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Collaborate closely with Alliance counterpart and internal and external stakeholders, including HCP marketing, regulatory, legal, corporate communications, PR, medical, marketing research, and creative and media agencies.

Develop annual brand planning digital strategy and tactics, in collaboration with Alliance and internal and external counterparts.

Identify current and future market opportunities with a focus on digital innovation.

Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex omnichannel strategies to stakeholders of all levels, including Senior Leaders, regardless of their technical background.

Ability to focus on execution and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Organizational agility and the capability to reprioritize based on external or internal changes.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members, and across departments, to ensure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs.

Demonstrated competency in Agency management.

Ability to manage certain budgets according to the brand plan.

To be considered you must have a bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is a plus. 12+ years of “progressive” industry/relevant professional experience. 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or a related industry, including consumer/patient marketing experience, with strong understanding of digital marketing trends and innovations. Experience navigating and managing alliance partnerships is preferred. Must be willing to travel 20% of the time, including weekend travel as needed. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY (Westchester County).

$176,900.00 - $294,800.00
