As a 2024 Glassdoor Best Place to Work and a Great Place to Work-Certified company, we're looking for passionate people to join our team as we continue leading the industry over our next 100 years.Position Details:Participate in a 3 year rotational program, focused on acquiring cross channel knowledge to support evergreen efforts.Responsible for program management and performance optimizations of each channel rotation.Complete the daily tactics to improve channel performance, new customers acquisition, site traffic, conversions, and incremental ROAS.You Will:Garner a foundational understanding of the rotation channel selectedPlan Channel projects, maintain targeted budget, develop internal and external relationships and control risksSupport and translate marketing strategies into successful channel campaigns that are on time, on budget and result in desired outcomesWork with Testing and Optimization, Analytics, Merchandising, Technology and other internal partners to design and execute proactive recommendations that start with the customerProactively develop, execute and analyze tests (ad copy, landing page, strategic, etc.) that improve efficiencies and engage customers with relevant value propositions aligned with their needsBe a channel subject matter expert by driving continued innovation and industry best practicesPrepare and provide channel performance reports, data analyses and proposed action items to internal and external teamsStay current on tools, trends, tactics, news and betas from industry blogs, peer networks and vendors, and educate broader organization and important partners on new opportunitiesExecute channel campaigns that directly impact Grainger digital and offline channels and overall company goals by capturing demand of high-intent customersImpact/influence business goals, such as incremental revenue and return on ad spend, site performance, sales throughout customer lifecycle and new customer acquisitionsReports to: Rotation Channel Manager and agency relationshipsWorks closely with all Digital Marketing channels, Strategy, Analytics, Online Merchandising, UX, Finance, and CreativeAbility to work at downtown and Lake Forest offices as neededYou Have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business Administration, Advertising or equivalentAgency or advertiser-side intern experience a plusProven ability to translate performance data into actionable insights using quantitative analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project and time management skills with attention to details and focus on quality of resultsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)Physical demands encompass typical day-to-day job functions of a traditional office environmentNo visa sponsorships now or in the futureExpected graduation between December 2024 - June 2025Rewards and Benefits:With benefits starting day one, Grainger is committed to your safety, health and wellbeing.
