Kitchen Assistant/Counter ClerkShift:
Day and night shifts, including weekends and some holidays. Full and part time available.
Pay Rate:
$14.00/hour

Description:
Counter Clerks will clean and prepare workstations and displays, complete daily
transactions via point of sale systems, answer questions and respond to customer
requests, and provide information to consumers to ensure that they select the products
that best fit their needs.
Kitchen Assistants duties inlclude, but are not limited to: working with the chefs and doughnut artists to make and decorate doughnuts, washing dishes and equipment, assisting with stocking, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
To succeed in these positions, you should be polite, prompt, and knowledgeable.
Additionally, you should be able to meet the physical demands of the position
while providing customers with the best possible experience.

Minimum Level of Service Requirements
● Provide amazing customer service
● ServSafe certified and exhibit meticulous sanitation practices
● Proficient math skills
● Handles cash, cash register and operation of point of sale system
● Knows seasonality, use, and taste of products offered
● Proper handling and rotation of product
● Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and
cleanliness
● Be able to lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 - 60 lbs
● Be able to stand for long periods of time (other physical activities: bending,
reaching, etc.)
● Be able to work in temperatures in excess of 80 - 100 degrees on a daily basis
with or without reasonable accommodation
● Have a positive and service oriented attitude
● Be neat, organized and have attention to detail
● Promote Sales
● Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
